How Set & Forget works

Choose your juices

Pick any juice, shot or pack and select Set & Forget on the product page. Same price as a one-off order.

Pick your rhythm

Weekly or fortnightly. Choose home delivery (Tuesday to Friday mornings) or free pickup on Thursdays.

Earn while you sip

We press your order fresh, deliver it on your day, and add Refresh Rewards points to your account after every delivery.

How it adds up

Every $1 you spend earns 1 point. 10 points are worth $1 off at checkout. The more regularly you order, the faster it builds.

Delivery & pickup

Delivery Tuesday to Friday, 6am to midday, to Perth metro postcodes, with a $50 minimum order. $10 under $100, $5 from $100 to $150, free over $150. We can't promise an exact time, so if you need one, choose pickup.

Is Set & Forget cheaper than ordering one-off?

The juice is the same price. What you get is convenience and consistency: it turns up without you remembering to order, and every delivery earns Refresh Rewards you can spend on the next one.

How do I skip, swap or pause?

Log in to your account and open Subscription management. You can skip a delivery, swap juices, change your day, pause or cancel at any time. No lock-in, no cancellation fee.

When am I charged?

Each Set & Forget order is charged the day before it's delivered, so we can press it fresh for you.

Do I need an account for rewards?

Yes, points are tied to your email. Tap the Rewards button to create or sign in to your account; it takes a few seconds and your past orders are already counted.

What about the bottles?

Leave your clean empties out on delivery day and we'll collect them to sterilise and reuse.

Ordering most weeks? Add the Refresh Delivery Pass

$65 a year for free delivery on every order over $50, so a $50 weekly order never pays a delivery fee. It pays for itself in seven deliveries, and you keep earning Refresh Rewards on every order.
