What days do you deliver?

We deliver every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning.

What time will my order be delivered?

We deliver online orders between 5am and 8am. Our delivery route changes every day as it depends on the locations of our customers who order on that particular day. For this reason, we cannot guarantee specific times. For times outside of this please leave them in the comments and we will try to accommodate.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 incur a $10 delivery fee at checkout.

Do I need to be home when you deliver?

We always recommend refrigeration as soon as possible. However, we can leave your order in a safe place outside your home based on the instructions you leave at checkout. We deliver your order in a cooler bag, so it will stay cool for some time, however if you have an esky leave it outside and we can place your order inside for extra coolness. Once juices are delivered, it is upto you to get them in a fridge as soon as possible.

What is the ordering time Cut-Off?

We make juice in order to ensure maximum freshness, quality and nutritional value. You need to place your order before 11.30am the day before delivery in order to receive your juice the following morning. For example, an order placed before 11.30am on a Monday will be delivered or ready for pick up on Tuesday morning.

If your order is placed after 11.30am, then we will deliver it on the next delivery run. For example, an order placed at 11.35am on Monday will be delivered or be ready for pick up on Wednesday morning.

If you would like juice to be delivered on a:

  • Tuesday (order by 11.30am on Monday)
  • Wednesday (order by 11.30am on Tuesday)
  • Thursday (order by 11.30am on Wednesday)
  • Friday (order by 11.30am on Thursday)
  • Saturday (order by 11.30am on Friday)
Pick Up

When can I pick up my order?

Orders are available for pick up every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday between 8am and 10am.

Where is the pick up point?

You can pick up your order at our juicery, which is located at Unit 2,15 Walters Drive, Osborne Park.

Ordering

What is the ordering time cut-off?

We make juice in order to ensure maximum freshness, quality and nutritional value. You need to place your order before 11.30am the day before delivery in order to receive your juice the following morning.

For example, an order placed at before 11.30am on a Monday will be delivered or ready for pick up on Tuesday morning. 

If your order is placed after 11.30am, then we will deliver it on the next delivery run. For example, an order placed at 11.35am on Monday will be delivered or be ready for pick up on Wednesday morning.

Do you accept late orders?

As our juices are made to order we cannot accept any late orders.

What is the minimum order?

We have a $50 minimum for all orders so that we can offer free delivery. Orders under $50 can either be picked up, or will incur a $10 delivery fee.

How do I place an order as a stockist?

Simply head to our wholesale page and send us an email letting us know what juices or products you are keen on retailing. Alternatively, send us an email at sales@refreshco.com.au and we will be in touch within 24 hours.

What do I do if my promo code isn’t working?

Let us know what isn’t working by emailing info@refreshjuice.com.au and we will get it sorted asap.

Can you do juice for special events?

Yes! We absolutely love to be a part of local events and can make custom orders for your next occasion. Our cold pressed juices are a great addition to cocktails for evening shindigs and can boost energy levels during conferences and meetings. Can I make a custom order?

This is typically something we do only for stockists if they require something special for a menu item. But if you have a great idea, by all means email us at info@refreshjuice.com.au and we’ll do our best to help you out.

Juicing

What is cold pressed juice?

‘Cold pressed’ refers to the process of juicing. Our juices are made with a cold press machine, which is essentially a cheese grater attached to a pasta roller. We grate the produce then gently guide it through rollers that progressively squish harder and harder. We then pump the juice into refrigerated tanks to keep it super chilled. This is the coolest way to juice!

What’s so good about cold pressed juices?

A typical juicer with blades will ultimately produce heat, which can reduce the nutritional quality of the juice. The cold press process crushes whole fruit and veg to extract juice without compromising on flavour or nutritional value. Some fruit and veg has to be cut in order to fit into the cold press (eg: carrots and beetroot), but there is significantly less heat generated overall.

Who makes your juices?

Our experienced kitchen staff have been trained closely alongside our owner, founder, and head chef Liam. Most of our crew have been with us for years, so they’re bonafide pros.

How often do you juice?

Juicing takes place Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We make all our juices fresh to order so that you get your cold pressed juice as fresh as possible.

What is the shelf life of your juices?

All products have a 7 day shelf life when properly refrigerated (i.e. kept consistently below 5 degrees). Once opened, we recommend consuming within 2 days.

Are my juices supposed to separate?

Yes. Our juices are completely natural; separation is a sign that nothing extra has been added. Simply shake the bottle before drinking.

How many juices per day?

Our juice programs have 8 juices per day. We recommend spacing them out every hour and a half or so to keep you going.

I’m ordering a 5 day cleanse. How many deliveries will I receive?

We want you to get your juice as fresh as possible so that you get maximum nutritional benefits! We will deliver all 5 days at once as our juices have a 7 days shelf life.
