🔒 Receiving Your Order

Please place juice in the fridge as soon as you can for maximum freshness.

You will receive a text message when you order is on its way / has been delivered. We will leave your order in its cooler bag at your front door if it is early or if no one answers the door.

⏰ Order Cut-Off for Next-Day Delivery

We make each batch fresh to order! To get your juice on your chosen morning, order by 11:30 AM the day before:

Place your order before 11:30am Monday for Tuesday delivery
Place your order before 11:30am Tuesday for delivery Wednesday ....

Orders placed after 11:30 AM will roll over to the next available delivery run.

⏰ When can I pick up my order?

Pick-up is available every Tuesday → Friday, 8:00 AM → 3:00 PM.

Come in through the office door and you’ll find your order waiting in the black fridge, right in front of you.

♻️ Returning bottles & bags

If you’re returning empty bottles or bags, please leave them next to the fridge. If the office is unattended, someone will process your empties for you.

🕒 Ordering Time Cut-Off

To guarantee you the freshest, highest-quality cold-pressed juice, we prepare every bottle to order. Please place your online or pick-up orders by 11:30 AM the day before your desired delivery or pick-up date.

Late orders?
Because each juice is custom-pressed, we cannot accept requests after the 11:30 AM cut-off. Any orders placed even one minute late will automatically roll over to the next delivery run.

“Cold-pressed” describes our gentle, high-pressure juicing method: we grate whole fruits and vegetables, then feed them through progressively tighter stainless-steel rollers.
Instead of high-speed blades that generate heat (and can degrade flavor and nutrients), our hydraulic press extracts every drop of vibrant juice at low temperatures. The result? Pure, nutrient-dense juice that’s bottled immediately and kept refrigerated to lock in freshness.

🗓️ How Often Do You Juice?

We press fresh batches Monday through Friday, in line with our delivery and pick-up schedules. Because every bottle is made to order, you always receive peak-fresh juice.

🥤 What’s the Shelf Life?
Keep refrigerated at or below 5 °C and enjoy within 7 days of your delivery or pick-up.
Consume within 2 days for best flavour and nutrient value.

⚖️ Why Does My Juice Separate?

Natural separation is a good sign—it means no stabilisers or preservatives have been added. Simply shake well before drinking to recombine the fresh-pressed goodness.

📅 How Many Juices Per Day?

Our Cleanse & Reboot programs include 8 bottles per day. We recommend sipping one every 1½–2 hours to sustain energy levels, support gentle detoxification, and keep you feeling your best from morning until night.
