Refresh Juice Perth is committed to bringing you a high quality product and customer service. All attempts are made to keep products, services, and pricing accurate on the internet. If for any reason Refresh Juice Perth is not able to provide you with the product or service that you ordered, at a time that you requested, or for the price that you ordered it at, you will be offered alternatives. If these do not satisfy, you will receive a full refund. We are committed to continual improvement, so we welcome any feedback about our products and services.

Amendment to Orders Policy

Any changes to orders, delivery locations or delivery dates must be made at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date on your order. Please send all changes through to info@refreshco.com.au

Delivery Policy

  • Our delivery days are Tuesday – Saturday. 
  • Orders must be placed by 11:30am the day before your scheduled delivery.
  • The responsibility is on the customer to provide accurate delivery advice. 
  • Please give us as much information as you can for your delivery location including directions to access your building. This must be detailed in the ‘additional notes’ section at checkout.
  • We do not deliver to P.O Boxes. 
  • Refresh Juice Perth does not accept responsibility for stolen or damaged parcels once delivered to your property.
  • Please provide a working phone number so that our driver can call you in the event that they have an issue with delivery.
  • Please understand that with many deliveries, traffic, unpredictable road conditions, etc. there may be a delay in times, but we do strive to have all orders delivered on time.
  • Your juice is raw and unpasteurised, so please refrigerate upon delivery and keep below 5 degrees until consumption. 

In the event that the above information is not clearly given and our driver can not deliver the order, the order will be taken back to our kitchen in Osborne Park and the responsibility is on the customer to arrange pick up. The delivery fee will not be refunded if applicable. 

Pick Up Policy 

Free pick up is available from our Juicery between 8:30am – 3:30pm on your selected production date (excluding Saturdays). 

This is a self serviced collection from our front fridge. All orders are bagged individually with invoices in the front pocket. Find the invoice with your name and collect the amount of bags circled on your invoice.

Refund Policy

We will do our absolute best to ensure your order is correct, but we are all human and mistakes can happen. If you receive the incorrect order or are not satisfied with your products, please reach out as soon as possible so we can resolve the situation with you with either a refund or replacement product for you.

Refresh Juice Perth will only offer refunds if orders are cancelled at least 2 business days prior to delivery.
